I dont think yall should accept peoples app until they train there starters cause it kinda make it beside the point to start out a higher rank and you go to post your first topic and somehow u end up in a fight say just starting out jonin vs exp genin the jonin would lose because he would not have a single justu, it would take a week just to trai. All of a ninjas D ranks if somone had all the basic Academy student D ranks

I agree with you and would go so far as to say all C Rank and below should be free, but B-Ranks and above should require training. I was concerned about this, because it will take forever to just get the basics.

I agree with all, but I think also that Jounin-rank (and the MN equivalent) or higher should already know a set of jutsus at start. For example DDDDDCCCCBBBAAS (represants Jutsu's).

Beacuse Jounin, high ranking MN and other high-ranked village Shinobi usually knows alot of jutsu and some of them powerful.

Genin and Chuunin for example should not start with this pyramid, they should train since they are so low rank and new blood so to say.

Ok a thought... Take whatever amount of JP you can use and divide by half. That's how much you can spend without training.. EX: If you are a mage you can have a total of 500 JP, so the first 250 are free. To buy more after will.require training.
