Appearance: he Hien Battou Kasumikiri is a doutanuki blade; it's hilt is extremely long, and is most often used as a two-handed weapon because of its sheer weight and power. The blade itself is about twice as long as a normal katana, and weighs almost four times a normal katana. Fused with chakra, however, the weapon becomes light enough to be used one-handed without serious problems -- it should be noted that by wielding the blade with two hands, the user is able to employ all of the force of the blade into a strike. The parts that make it different is that (1) the black wooden scabbard is covered with scars that form the shape of a flying sparrow, and the whole arrangement is covered with loose bandages; (2) the guard has several holes in it, and the hilt is hollow. The blade itself is of fine quality, and does not bend nor break easily

Abilities:

• The Hien Battou Kasumikiri launches a thick mist upon drawing the blade -- the water particles in the air can be condensed to create a jet of water or a slash of the liquid. Or the mist can be left alone, and the range of the mist is roughly a spherical area with a radii of twenty feet around the user.
  
  
• The Hien Battou Kasumikiri has a a blue spot in the middle of the blade which can be used to gain chakra for the wielder. The sword will have to be in contact with a water jutsu, then will begin absorbing the chakra from the jutsu enabling the jutsu to work. Can only by done on Sution jutsu and may only be used three times per topic.
  
  
  

Twenty feet is a lot of stored water, where is it all coming from?

How does the sword absorb chakra from jutsu? I get that it's from Water element attacks but, how does it touch the attacks? Obviosuly you can't have a sword that can absorb three water jutsu per topic.

and i don't see why not, ever other site i have been on thinks its a good sword. And it say right there how everything thing is done. The blue spot in the middle of the blade. Because When using Sution jutsu the user only uses little chakra to use the water jutsu, so if it comes in contact with the blue spot in the middle of the blade..it will absorb the chakra from the jutsu enabling it to work. And Three times is reasonable, it was at 8 times and i could withdraw the chakra to my own supply, and keep in mind that my main specialty is fuuinjutsu

Fair enough, approved on the condition that it can only absorb A-Rank attacks or below. I think being able to block three S-Rank jutsus might be a bit much. Also, Id like to see a two post cool down between absorbtions so as to allow an opening for people to chain attacks.
